I’m interested in a Human Resources Generalist position. My interest in this position stems from
my belief that I have the right combination of relevant knowledge, experience, communication
skills, and high levels of organization that make me a superb candidate.
To date, I feel my strongest abilities are:

resolution, employee engagement activities, training, and recognition.

CA & Federal labor & wage laws, discrimination, wage withholding orders, unemployment
insurance, safety regulations and compliance, sexual harassment, disability, and leave of
absence.
Assessing, implementing, adjusting, communicating, and enforcing policies and procedures
in accordance with state and federal laws while maintaining alignment with company
strategic objectives.
Administering compensation and benefits; maintaining employee personnel files and
confidential records; processing new hire documentation and onboarding activities;
conducting informal and formal performance evaluations, improvement plans, disciplinary
actions, and exit interviews.
I consider myself to be a dedicated and dependable individual who possesses a strong work ethic,
excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as social skills for building and
maintaining relations across and beyond the organization, and strive to do my best in any situation
to meet corporate objectives.
I feel that a relationship with the right company would be mutually beneficial, as my educational
background, HR experience, and qualifications would make me a perfect fit for an HR position,
and would also allow me to refine my skills in a new working environment.
