I confirm that I have worked and supervised Nicolas Désilets-Laforge for 6 months last year in the context of
a student exchange program coordinated by the YMCA called Summer-Work Student Exchange (SWSE). I
was directly responsible of supervising Nicolas throughout the spring and the summer.

I have found Nicolas to be responsible, reliable and incredibly ambitious. As a member of a talented team of
coordinators, Nicolas has shown a remarkable maturity, judgement and leadership in different challenging
situations. As a mentor for kids of 16 and 17 years old, Nicolas has been nothing but devoted and successful
in his work. I have received many praises from youth, families and other collaborators of our programs in
