All these premises lie within the framework of AIESEC: we explore
ourselves within the organization, understand how to interact with others
and what our role in the world is when we leave the organization.
LEAD stands for Learn, Engage, Activate and Deliver.
Leaders learn the essence of being a Leader, question the core concepts and
reach the depth of their knowledge and wisdom.
They start engaging with themselves, others and the world around them to
enhance their own experience.
They actively start exploring their potential, by applying their experience as
well as the skills that they have learnt.
Andfinally they successfully accomplish and fulfill all their promises, by
being the best Leaders that they can be.
7. The Programme is focused on leadership development through the LEAD framework which is based on AIESEC’s
