WHY JOIN OUR PARTNER PROGRAM
MUTUALLY BENEFICIAL AND FLEXIBLE PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT
If you are to sign a contact with us we want you to be satisfied with all the terms of the Agreement so for
this reason our Partnership Agreements are unique to each partner. However we do insist on the following
5 points:
1. We will deliver our best service to you, respond in 24h to your inquiries and always aim at resolving
issues on the Camino within 20min.
2. You will have access to our very best offers and we will keep you informed of any new products or deals
that could be of interest to you
3. We will train you on selling the Camino de Santiago, be available to answer all your doubts about our
tours and provide you with all the material you need to promote our tours
4. You will receive PDF versions of all our tours, written and visual material that you can use in your own
communication: your website, newsletter, brochure, advertisement
5. We will do our best to answer your requests for communication materials, branding products and if
possible we will send a representative to participate at your events
By signing a contract between the two of us we hoping to build a real trust relationship and in our opinion
this means:
• There should be no conflict of interest between us
• If appropriate we would like to offer you exclusivity in your region, which means all inquiry we receive
from your region will be directed to you and we won’t work with other agencies in that region.
• If we offer exclusivity we expect the same from you. We ask our partners to solely work with us on the
Camino de Santiago for the duration of our contract.
• We expect you to use Ultreya Tours name as the provider of the service.
• We will assign one Camino Planner to your Agency so you don’t get confused talking to different agents
COMMUNICATION MATERIAL AND ASSISTANCE TO RECRUIT NEW TOUR MEMBERS
Ultreya Tours services also include help to recruit new tour members if you are looking for a larger group
Planning an information reunion? If we cannot make it in person, we will provide you with a Power-point
or Prezi Presentation for your tour including videos and images to make you dream you were already on the
Way.
Need help creating a information page? We have ready-made some Facebook and other Social Media
Group Pages, Charity Crowdfunding Fundraising Pages like GoFundMe and even Basic Websites templates
that you are welcome to use. Simply ask us and we will advise you on the best techniques and customize
our templates for you according to your needs.
Need visuals and content for your communication? We have tons of photos from the Camino de Santiago
and many articles that can be of help to you. So let us know what you need and we will be happy to search
through our database or simple go for a walk outside and take the picture you need.

ULTREYA TOURS PARTNER PACK
OUR COMMISSION PROPOSAL
WE BELIEVE EVERY BUSINESS YOU BRING US SHOULD BE REWARDED.
For this we offer what we believe is a very generous commission structure to thank you for joining our Partner
Program and to ensure you want to keep working with us.
Our commission structure is based on the number of individual tours you resell during a set period of
time. It means you will receive a percentage of the total cost as premium for bringing us new clients.
IF YOU ARE WILLING TO ENTER OUR PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM AND BUILD A TRUSTING RELATIONSHIP
WITH US, YOU WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING COMMISSION STRUCTURE:
• up to 12 tours sold per year: 10% commission of total price
• 12 to 30 tours sold per year: 12% commission
• 30 to 50 tours sold per year: 14% commission
• over 50 tours sold per year: 16% commission
Knowing our tours leave with a minimum of 6 people, you just need two small groups to obtain 12%
commission. Any Agency who do not wish to sign an agreement with us will receive 10% commission
which will not be progressive.
The commission levels are assigned on your first invoice depending on the number of people booked and
are retroactive and progressive. To explain how this works let’s say you book a tour for 10 people with us,
you will get either a 10% discount or a refund of 10% according to your preferences. The next time you
book with us during the same calender year, we will readjust the commission level to the correct percentage
for your first booking and your second. This means if 2 months later you get another group of let’s say 22
people, you will be eligible for a 14% commission. You will then be invoiced for the total cost of the 22 tours
minus 14% commission on this sale + the 4% commission from your first sale.
On top of this commission, you might be eligible for special promotions we regularly run for our
Travel Agency Network. This might mean free upgrades for your group to the next category hotel and free
day-time activities. However resellers do not benefit from our 11th guest for free offer. We will add you to
our Reseller Newsletter to keep you up-to-date with our latest offers.
We value this policy because if gives you an incentive to book again with us and ensures smaller resellers
get the same advantages as larger corporation and everyone knows what to expect.

ULTREYA TOURS PARTNER PACK
The Camino de Santiago, also known as the Way of Saint James, is the name used to refer to all the routes
that lead to where the apostle Saint James the Great is said to be buried. The Camino has been one of the
most important Christian Pilgrimage for well over 1,000 years and it has started a new international rebirth.
The Camino is a journey to the religious and historical roots of Europe, it’s traveling through beautiful
countryside and timeless villages, it’s rediscovering the pleasure of being in direct contact with
nature.
But it is also an invitation, we invite you by walking the Camino with us to rediscover yourself through
introspection and new encounters, to change habits that have been making you unhappy, to build unexpected
friendships and give yourself new challenges.
OUR GUIDE TO CHOOSING YOUR CAMINO
We offer three ranges of tours along the three most popular routes to Santiago de Compostela - in blue - ,
plus day tours along the Finisterre Way.
However there are many other historical routes - in green - to choose from and if you wish to receive your
Compostelana (the certificate of accomplishment) you need to walk at least the last 100km or cycle/horse-
ride the last 200km into Santiago - the pin - from any direction.
"A truly must do experience. It enables you to connect with a multitude of people but more importantly with
yourself. All this while enjoying remarkable scenery and pleasantly walking. Will definitely do this again."
"All the accommodations were just wonderful: from Historic Paradores to Country Palaces to Country Inns.
All were special in there own ways and the food was fantastic."
"It was a dream that came through as imagined. Yes, it is a challenge but most satisfying."
HAPPY PILGRIMS

ULTREYA TOURS PARTNER PACK
CLASSIC
Because sometimes you
just can’t beat the tried and
approved classics. This is our
standard level of comfort for
most of our tours: 3 to 4* hotels
and luxurious guest-houses on
the Camino with many added
services.
BASIC
For those looking for great
value and a more authentic
experience on the Camino
de Santiago. Our Primo
(Charming Guest-houses &
1 to 3* Hotels) and Albergue
(hostels and 1* guest-houses)
tours range in this category.
Expect clean, secure and
welcoming accommodation in
town centers.
LUXURY
When only the best will do.
On tours rated as premium
you can expect the best
accommodation there is on
the Way. These tours include
at least one night in a Parador,
the Spanish luxurious hotel/
museum chain, and gourmet
dinners.
OUR 3 COMFORT LEVELS
WALKING
The traditional way to reach
Santiago. Walking gives
you time to really take in the
journey, it is more social and
great exercise so sometimes
you should stick to the
approved Classics.
BICYCLE & HORSE-RIDING
The Certificate of Achievement,
the Compostela, can be
obtained by cycling or horse-
riding the last 200km into
Santiago de Compostela. So
why not experience the Way
on a horse or bike?
SPIRITUS
Our speciality. Carefully
crafted coach tours that allow
you to discover the highlights
of each route in a shorter time.
Includes stays in 4 to 5* hotels,
private transportation, guides
and walks everyday.
OUR 3 TRANSPORTATION MEANS
FRENCH WAY
The most historical and by
far the most internationally
recognized Camino thanks
to the movie “The Way”
with Martin Sheen and “The
Pilgrimage” by Paolo Coelho.
Filled with a thousand years
of pilgrimage culture &
architecture, beautiful cities,
great landscapes and a very
special atmosphere.
PORTUGUESE WAY
The second most popular
Camino. Follows the
Portuguese and Spanish
Coast North towards Santiago
de Compostela. Offers
breathtaking panoramic views,
beautiful cities, excellent food
& accommodation and the
proximity of the beach on most
days.
OUR OTHER ROUTES
In Medieval times, people
would start their Camino from
their doorstep, wherever that
was in Europe. So you don’t
need to stick to the most
popular route, just the one that
speaks to you.
OUR ROUTES
UNDERSTANDING OUR CLASSIFICATION

ULTREYA TOURS PARTNER PACK
WHAT TO EXPECT ON OUR TOURS?
Expect to have a wonderful time! We designed our services around personal experiences of the Camino,
client feedbacks and recommendations so your group can have the best experience possible along the
Way. Take your time to travel through beautiful Galician green countryside, timeless villages and rediscover
the pleasure of being in direct contact with nature. The Camino is our way of life and we love to share it.
WALK AT YOUR OWN PACE WITH REGULAR MEETING POINTS
& SUPPORT VAN
Your group members will not all walk at the same pace, some will seek peace &
quiet for introspection, others will seek social interaction. Unless you requested
a guide for the duration of the walk, we prefer letting the individual decide on
how they want to organize their day. This mean leave at your convenience,
walk at your speed and stop for as long as you want. In case you do not feel like
walking anymore, our support vehicle will be waiting every few kilometers with
snacks, fruits and water as well as muscular pain creme and blister plasters.
SLEEP IN THE BEST ACCOMMODATION ALONG THE WAY
We take particular pride to the quality of our accommodation. To ensure your
group only stays in the best accommodation along the Way, we regularly visit
and rate all our providers. We offer three different types of comfort levels to
suit your group’s budget and expectations. Choose where you want to sleep
from budget hostels to charming and luxurious Galician manors and historical
5* hotels. All provide a welcoming and authentic experience but with different
levels of comfort and service.
Every day as you change accommodation you will find your suitcase left
behind travels with you and you will have the afternoon free to relax, visit the
local village, enjoy a drink in a terrace or join one of our pre-booked activities.
Certain nights you will be in the heart of the town others you will enjoy the
peace of the countryside. However, you will never be far away from the Camino
and always in a area full of history.
EAT FRESH, DELICIOUS & TRADITIONAL MEALS
Dinners will be either served at your hotel or at a local nearby restaurant,
whichever offer the best quality meals according to your specifications. Expect
mouth-watering traditional three-course meals with several choices including
at least fish or meat prepared with the best fresh and local products. Local
wine can be included on request. Lunch is usually not included to allow your
group to stop whenever they feel they need a break and enjoy quality time with
the new friends they made along the Way. We cater for vegetarians, vegans
and any special dietary requirements or allergies. Just let us know beforehand
so we can advise the chefs.

We ask our partners to solely work with us on the Camino de Santiago for the duration of our contract. • We expect you to use Ultreya Tours name as the provider of the service. • We will assign one Camino Planner to your Agency so you don’t get confused talking to different agents COMMUNICATION MATERIAL AND ASSISTANCE TO RECRUIT NEW TOUR MEMBERS Ultreya Tours services also include help to recruit new tour members if you are looking for a larger group Planning an information reunion? If we cannot make it in person, we will provide you with a Power-point or Prezi Presentation for your tour including videos and images to make you dream you were already on the Way. We have tons of photos from the Camino de Santiago and many articles that can be of help to you. So let us know what you need and we will be happy to search through our database or simple go for a walk outside and take the picture you need.
  • 4. page 4 out of 37 ULTREYA TOURS PARTNER PACK OUR COMMISSION PROPOSAL WE BELIEVE EVERY BUSINESS YOU BRING US SHOULD BE REWARDED. For this we offer what we believe is a very generous commission structure to thank you for joining our Partner Program and to ensure you want to keep working with us. Our commission structure is based on the number of individual tours you resell during a set period of time. It means you will receive a percentage of the total cost as premium for bringing us new clients. IF YOU ARE WILLING TO ENTER OUR PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM AND BUILD A TRUSTING RELATIONSHIP WITH US, YOU WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING COMMISSION STRUCTURE: • up to 12 tours sold per year: 10% commission of total price • 12 to 30 tours sold per year: 12% commission • 30 to 50 tours sold per year: 14% commission • over 50 tours sold per year: 16% commission Knowing our tours leave with a minimum of 6 people, you just need two small groups to obtain 12% commission. Any Agency who do not wish to sign an agreement with us will receive 10% commission which will not be progressive. The commission levels are assigned on your first invoice depending on the number of people booked and are retroactive and progressive. To explain how this works let’s say you book a tour for 10 people with us, you will get either a 10% discount or a refund of 10% according to your preferences. The next time you book with us during the same calender year, we will readjust the commission level to the correct percentage for your first booking and your second. This means if 2 months later you get another group of let’s say 22 people, you will be eligible for a 14% commission. You will then be invoiced for the total cost of the 22 tours minus 14% commission on this sale + the 4% commission from your first sale. On top of this commission, you might be eligible for special promotions we regularly run for our Travel Agency Network. This might mean free upgrades for your group to the next category hotel and free day-time activities. However resellers do not benefit from our 11th guest for free offer. We will add you to our Reseller Newsletter to keep you up-to-date with our latest offers. We value this policy because if gives you an incentive to book again with us and ensures smaller resellers get the same advantages as larger corporation and everyone knows what to expect.
  • 5. page 5 out of 37 ULTREYA TOURS PARTNER PACK The Camino de Santiago, also known as the Way of Saint James, is the name used to refer to all the routes that lead to where the apostle Saint James the Great is said to be buried. The Camino has been one of the most important Christian Pilgrimage for well over 1,000 years and it has started a new international rebirth. The Camino is a journey to the religious and historical roots of Europe, it’s traveling through beautiful countryside and timeless villages, it’s rediscovering the pleasure of being in direct contact with nature. But it is also an invitation, we invite you by walking the Camino with us to rediscover yourself through introspection and new encounters, to change habits that have been making you unhappy, to build unexpected friendships and give yourself new challenges. OUR GUIDE TO CHOOSING YOUR CAMINO We offer three ranges of tours along the three most popular routes to Santiago de Compostela - in blue - , plus day tours along the Finisterre Way. However there are many other historical routes - in green - to choose from and if you wish to receive your Compostelana (the certificate of accomplishment) you need to walk at least the last 100km or cycle/horse- ride the last 200km into Santiago - the pin - from any direction. "A truly must do experience. It enables you to connect with a multitude of people but more importantly with yourself. All this while enjoying remarkable scenery and pleasantly walking. Will definitely do this again." "All the accommodations were just wonderful: from Historic Paradores to Country Palaces to Country Inns. All were special in there own ways and the food was fantastic." "It was a dream that came through as imagined. Yes, it is a challenge but most satisfying." HAPPY PILGRIMS
  • 6. page 6 out of 37 ULTREYA TOURS PARTNER PACK CLASSIC Because sometimes you just can’t beat the tried and approved classics. This is our standard level of comfort for most of our tours: 3 to 4* hotels and luxurious guest-houses on the Camino with many added services. BASIC For those looking for great value and a more authentic experience on the Camino de Santiago. Our Primo (Charming Guest-houses & 1 to 3* Hotels) and Albergue (hostels and 1* guest-houses) tours range in this category. Expect clean, secure and welcoming accommodation in town centers. LUXURY When only the best will do. On tours rated as premium you can expect the best accommodation there is on the Way. These tours include at least one night in a Parador, the Spanish luxurious hotel/ museum chain, and gourmet dinners. OUR 3 COMFORT LEVELS WALKING The traditional way to reach Santiago. Walking gives you time to really take in the journey, it is more social and great exercise so sometimes you should stick to the approved Classics. BICYCLE & HORSE-RIDING The Certificate of Achievement, the Compostela, can be obtained by cycling or horse- riding the last 200km into Santiago de Compostela. So why not experience the Way on a horse or bike? SPIRITUS Our speciality. Carefully crafted coach tours that allow you to discover the highlights of each route in a shorter time. Includes stays in 4 to 5* hotels, private transportation, guides and walks everyday. OUR 3 TRANSPORTATION MEANS FRENCH WAY The most historical and by far the most internationally recognized Camino thanks to the movie “The Way” with Martin Sheen and “The Pilgrimage” by Paolo Coelho. Filled with a thousand years of pilgrimage culture & architecture, beautiful cities, great landscapes and a very special atmosphere. PORTUGUESE WAY The second most popular Camino. Follows the Portuguese and Spanish Coast North towards Santiago de Compostela. Offers breathtaking panoramic views, beautiful cities, excellent food & accommodation and the proximity of the beach on most days. OUR OTHER ROUTES In Medieval times, people would start their Camino from their doorstep, wherever that was in Europe. So you don’t need to stick to the most popular route, just the one that speaks to you. OUR ROUTES UNDERSTANDING OUR CLASSIFICATION
  • 7. page 7 out of 37 ULTREYA TOURS PARTNER PACK WHAT TO EXPECT ON OUR TOURS? Expect to have a wonderful time! We designed our services around personal experiences of the Camino, client feedbacks and recommendations so your group can have the best experience possible along the Way. Take your time to travel through beautiful Galician green countryside, timeless villages and rediscover the pleasure of being in direct contact with nature. The Camino is our way of life and we love to share it. WALK AT YOUR OWN PACE WITH REGULAR MEETING POINTS & SUPPORT VAN Your group members will not all walk at the same pace, some will seek peace & quiet for introspection, others will seek social interaction. Unless you requested a guide for the duration of the walk, we prefer letting the individual decide on how they want to organize their day. This mean leave at your convenience, walk at your speed and stop for as long as you want. In case you do not feel like walking anymore, our support vehicle will be waiting every few kilometers with snacks, fruits and water as well as muscular pain creme and blister plasters. SLEEP IN THE BEST ACCOMMODATION ALONG THE WAY We take particular pride to the quality of our accommodation. To ensure your group only stays in the best accommodation along the Way, we regularly visit and rate all our providers. We offer three different types of comfort levels to suit your group’s budget and expectations. Choose where you want to sleep from budget hostels to charming and luxurious Galician manors and historical 5* hotels. All provide a welcoming and authentic experience but with different levels of comfort and service. Every day as you change accommodation you will find your suitcase left behind travels with you and you will have the afternoon free to relax, visit the local village, enjoy a drink in a terrace or join one of our pre-booked activities. Certain nights you will be in the heart of the town others you will enjoy the peace of the countryside. However, you will never be far away from the Camino and always in a area full of history. EAT FRESH, DELICIOUS & TRADITIONAL MEALS Dinners will be either served at your hotel or at a local nearby restaurant, whichever offer the best quality meals according to your specifications. Expect mouth-watering traditional three-course meals with several choices including at least fish or meat prepared with the best fresh and local products. Local wine can be included on request. Lunch is usually not included to allow your group to stop whenever they feel they need a break and enjoy quality time with the new friends they made along the Way. We cater for vegetarians, vegans and any special dietary requirements or allergies. Just let us know beforehand so we can advise the chefs.
