9. My View of the Market
The market is very strong. Buyers have figured out that
this is a great time to buy. Prices have not yet started
rising significantly and interest rates are still very low.
There is a shortage of listings and for buyers it is now
imperative to be in the market every day. Being a casual
looker, means missing out on the good listings. New
listings are selling within a few days if they are priced
well in many price ranges and areas.
