Why to use Pristinefulfil but not NAV Directly
• Accuracy: Putting the item in wrong bin and Picking the wrong item
or item from wrong bin are the normal human errors/ mistakes
which creates inventory mismatches. Pristinefulfil ensures the
correct item is picked from the correct / put in correct Bin. It would
not allow the wrong picking.
• Fast: Being a application in the hands of the user in form of mobile
device enables the user to move faster in warehouse and pick/ put
more and more items from/to bins.
• User Friendly : We expect less educated people in warehouse who
need a solution which is very user friendly and easy to operate.

InboundProcess
Inbound process starts with document i.e. Purchase Order, Transfer Orders and Sales Return Orders which are
created in Navision. It would be used in Pristinefulfil to create GRN
Purchases/ Transfers
• Orders which are already released/ approved would
be shown on gate entry inward and GRN page
• User cannot scan the items which are not available in
the document and for the quantity more than Order
Quantity
• The stock which is rejected in the IQC would be
reclassified in the Damage Bin/ Damage Location after
posting of inward QC
RTO/ CR
• Gate entry inward is not required in the sales return
cases
• User need to scan the AWB number instead of
selecting the Gate Entry/ Order for creation of the
RTO and Reverse pickup docket number in case of CR
• Rest Process is same

For ease of picking in huge inventory in which inventory has been distributed in zones. The pick is generated and
distributed in to different pickers. Devices allow the user to sort the items picked in one box for same order and post
the invoice.
Sales Orders
• Orders are synced in NAV
• Orders sorted and Pick created in NAV
• The picker completes the pick and sort in to sorting
bins.
• On completion of the order, the invoice is printed.
• Manifest is done for invoiced orders
Transfer Shipment and RTVs
• Same process would be followed.
• The orders are created in NAV and picks are created.
