• Make suggestions to QA in field for factories to improve their manufacturing process and QA staff in how
to address problems that could arise;
• Set guidelines in conducting factory audits to determine if a potential manufacturer has the ability to
produce products that will meet Company standards.
• Assist in developing all the quality assurance strategic advice from the development stage through to bulk
production, by partnering with the Technical Team and Merchandising Teams, and the suppliers/vendors.
• Identify product integrity/assurance strategies, aligning raw material, finished products, testing
requirements, quality control management, and vendor capabilities, to ensure quality standards are
defined, clearly understood, and maintained at all suppliers.
• Dealing with USA / Brazil / Poland / South Africa market.
• Buyers are – Macy’s / Sear’s / JCP / Target / Wal- Mart / Sam’s / Kohl’s / Frances / Revise clothing, for
USA
