7. Six Month Contract
 Contract between Building Blocks (foundation) and Renter.
 Landlord will be removed from situation so middleman can organize.
 Three levels of sustainability based on funding.
 Monthly training and checkup
 Hold job fairs
 Create a community location (park, garden, hall) in this place they can
promote their skills with an exhibition.
 At the end show off the work to community.

 Motivate and Inspire other blocks to build on our ideas
 Create a video based on our pilot project that will be used with social
media to motivate others.
 Organize another event in new community. (using successful artists to
stimulate it in a new location, with their acquired skills)
