Women’s ad hoc policy group set up in An invitation to women policy workers was sent out, asking how women’s contribution to policy development could be addressed. As well as the need for additional resources, many policy workers felt the need for a forum ‘in which women could be the subject rather than the object of policy debate.’ The ad hoc policy group came into being to meet that need (WHAT date?)
