reports for structural steel inspection.
 Third party inspector for Pressure vessels such as Reactors, Heat Exchangers, Air Dryer, Waste
Management Systems, Extractors, Oil dryer, Etc.
 Witnessing of various non-destructive examinations such as Radiography interpretation, Ultrasonic testing,
Dye Penetrant testing and Magnetic Particle testing, Destructive testing as per ASME SEC V, ASNT, and
ISO 9712 standards.
 Experience of preparation of WPS, PQR, WPQ as per ISO, ASME, API etc. Review of Welding procedures,
Welder’s Qualification records, in accordance with various international codes which include AWS, ASME
SEC IX, ISO 15614 &, ISO 15919 9606, API 1104 etc.
 Witnessing Simulation test for production test coupons of pressure vessels
 Review of MDR and data sheets for pressure vessels for U stamp pressure vessels.
 Review and verification of SR or PWHT process and graph for pressure vessels in line of ASME SEC VIII

 Preparation of Procedures - NDE, Heat Treatment, Hydro test, Hardness, PMI, Painting, Packing transport
& preservation procedures
 Review of manufacturer's test certificates, Identification co- relating heat number, Visual damages &
Dimensional inspection, Transfer of identity & physical verification.
 Visual & dimensional inspection, weld edge, cut back, root - gap, offset, alignment & cleanliness etc. for long
seams of shell, dished end & nozzles
 Visual & dimensional inspection, weld edge, cut back, root - gap, offset, alignment & cleanliness etc. for
circular seam, neck to flange, nozzles on shell / head
