2. EXPERIENCE
Site Engineer: Public Works Department (PWD): (September 2014 up to february 2015)
Description: Construction of Multistory building consisting on residential apartments, community
center, roads and demolishing of the existing structures.
• Ensuring that all engineering activities are correctly coasted and the complete design is
delivered to the agreed budget and stipulated time.
• Supervising Projects: including in house, external contractors and sub-contractors.
• Attending meetings and competently communicate with Clients, Contractors and major asset
owners and stakeholders.
• Setting out Project works in accordance with Drawings & Specification.
• Carrying out site inspection visits and record keeping on weekly basis.
Site Engineer: Central Design Office (CDO) Muzaffarabad: (March 2015 up to October 2015)
Description: Construction of six story residential development consists on almost 60 flats.
• Dismantling of existing Structures and minor demolition works.
• To attend the co-ordination meetings with the client and to highlight and focus on areas of
concerns.
• Monitor and report design changes.
• Make sure to keep an up to date record and check and balance report on weekly basis.
• Make sure that all the work is being carried out using CDM regulations and the needs of HSE
are being met.
