4. Arishia hated the man because of his filthy ways, and barbaric actions. Then, to weeks before her birthday she awoke to find a small boy curled up on the floor outside her doorstep. She was amazed. She loved him from the minute he opened his eyes. His angle like face was contorted in a questioning look. He asked where he had come from. But it remained a mystery to everyone in town, especially Avijit, whom could not figure out how the boy had passed his watchful eye. Embarrassed he asked the king if he could kill the child. The king said agreed, but Arishia retorted that if the boy was killed she would not marry.
14. The boy began to cry understanding all Arishia had been trying to teach him. He ran away shouting in the village that the ruler was dead. People came outside as Avijit carried the body through the streets.
