Voluntary movement takes longer for the brain to receive the neuron signal to move the
muscle whereas hitting the tendon to move the muscle is directly applied which causes an
involuntary movement, which is faster than voluntarily moving the muscle. They have tested
more times and came up with the average of 100m/s whereas we only tested it once. Also we
only tested on one person, while researchers could've tested this on multiple people and
have done many trials.
