3. 1. Non Professional Dressing.
Professional dress code is essential as we are selling
the designer clothing so we should be more concerned
about our dressing as well.
2. Lack Of Immaculation.
As we know Cleanliness is the essential part of Islam.
It’s a key to success, an image and most of all creates a
healthy environment .absence of cleanliness means lack
of attraction, lack of attraction means lack of sales and it
will defiantly destroy the brand’s image.
4. 3. Lack Of Contemplation(thoughtful
observation):
Staff should be planed well for the whole day, they should be
well aware of the product, what they are selling and to whom
they are selling, They have to be more efficient and present
minded during their working hours.
4. Lack Of Brand & Clothing Demonstration:
Lack of brand and clothing demonstration should not be in
dealing with the customer. Demonstration of the product to the
customer is mandatory.
5. 5. Absence Of Promptness:
Staff should be responsive & active, they should be
present minded because we need active, intelligent and
clever persons in our team.
6. No Attention Towards Clothes
Sequencing/Range/Colour/Displays :
Jumbled up things in working hours will not be bareable ,as first
impression is the last impression. staff should be attentive towards
maintenance of everything.
6. 7. No Customer Record Maintain(name,
number, address, suggestions)
Record of the customers address and number for further follow ups
is compulsory, without this we can tell our customers about our new
promotions.
9. No Allurement Because Of Service:
If non professional attitude was present in dealing so there was lack
of allurement, lack of allurement means lack of sale which is the most
languid point of our dealing.
