Currently working for SGS Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd as a Sr. Executive Officer AS (Bulk Exports Shipment and Sample Management) for Oil, Gas &
Chemicals services since 06th

Responsibilities:
 Opening Job files manually and electronically.
 Order confirmation of Bulk shipments to Buyers and Sellers.
 Communicating with both local and international clients on various issues.
 Emailing of Bulk loaded shipments documents to both Buyers & Sellers.
 Maintaining Bulk shipment related documents in the file.
 Preparing draft certificates for shipments as per letter of credit terms, for both Buyer & Sellers as per there requirement.
 Printing certificates on SGS security papers after the approval from Buyers and Sellers.
 Transmit information to our SGS affiliates relating to bulk shipments arriving at their port with supporting documents.
 Making arrangements through our Affiliates and sub contractors overseas regarding packaging materials for DGR (Dangerous Goods
Regulations) as per IATA guidelines.
 Costing and order confirmation of Sampling/Packing/Dispatch of DGR and Non- DGR samples as per client’s requirement.
 Sampling/Packing/Dispatch of DGR (Dangerous Goods Relegations) and Non-DGR samples to various countries as per client instructions.
 Preparing documents for dispatch of samples.
 Communicating with clearing/forwarding agent concerning the dispatch of samples.
 Invoicing for International and local clients in USD and PKR.
 Monitoring local & International invoices and reminding the clients for release of payments against their invoices billed to them.
 Monthly and yearly review details of Invoicing.
 Communicating with administration department on various issues.
