Responsibilities:
Opening Job files manually and electronically.
Order confirmation of Bulk shipments to Buyers and Sellers.
Communicating with both local and international clients on various issues.
Emailing of Bulk loaded shipments documents to both Buyers & Sellers.
Maintaining Bulk shipment related documents in the file.
Preparing draft certificates for shipments as per letter of credit terms, for both Buyer & Sellers as per there requirement.
Printing certificates on SGS security papers after the approval from Buyers and Sellers.
Transmit information to our SGS affiliates relating to bulk shipments arriving at their port with supporting documents.

Monitoring local & International invoices and reminding the clients for release of payments against their invoices billed to them.
