But, but, but … “I won’t be working for myself.”
SOLUTION: You absolutely will. You will have full control of
someone’s already successful business. You are leasing.
You make the financial decisions, You hire and fire. You give
yourself a raise. You control costs. You make the profit. You pay
a monthly lease that is already in the budget. Just like leasing an
apartment. You are the boss and You get to throw the party.
But, but, but … “I know about the industry, and I have an
idea how I might run my own business, but I don’t know
how to run someone else’s.”
SOLUTION: And certainly we would never let you without several
weeks of training. You pay for training. We train you. You take over
and make the profit. We continue to guide you in management during
your lease.
But, but, but … “What the…? There’s got to be a catch. No
one in their right mind is going to hand over their
profitable business to me.
