32. Your item should now be delivered to your Inventory. If you at the bottom right-hand of the window you should see this button: Click on it and your INVENTORY window will show up. You should see your storage folders there, arranged much as they are on your hard drive. Find the folder called OBJECTS and look for your purchased item. It should appear as the first item inside that folder, after any other folders that might have been created. If not, then you have your Inventory set to sort by NAME instead of DATE . If so, simply search for it alphabetically. If the item does not appear in the inventory right away, it may be that the item is there, but the client has not updated its inventory. 35. Preparing an Item For Sale Lets start with this file cabinet. I want to put it up for sale and make it available to my customers. First I need to prepare the file cabinet and decide how my customers will be able to use it.

At the bottom of this panel will be a set of permission options. MODIFY lets your customer edit your object and change its appearance. COPY allows them to make multiple copies RESELL/GIVE AWAY lets them give the object to another person. Any of these options may be disabled by unchecking the boxes, but at least one must be choosen.

Now you can edit your listings, describe what your selling, and even include a nice picture. First you need to log into SpotONSynergy™. One you have logged in, look along the side panel for a section called “Manage Your Items” . Your items will start out as unlisted until you set them up. To begin, click on the “Unlisted items” link.

You will always have the option to edit your listing in the future or remove it if you wish. Now you are ready to add your item to the Rent-A-Sign Mini Store.
48. Setting up the Rent-A-Sign Mini Store To set up a Rent-A-Sign Mini Store ™ you must first have an item for sale listed on SpotONSynergy ™. There is a tutorial explaining how to set an item up for sale if you have not done so yet. Here we have a sample Rent-A-Sign Mini Store like was shown in the beginning of the presentation.

Renting a Rent-A-Sign Mini Store When you click the Rent-A-Sign Mini Store ™ sign for the first time, it will open the web window and display a page where you can purchase the sign you clicked on. The sign will show the price, and the region location of the sign. You may have to log in to SpotONSynergy ™ and click on the sign again to get the purchasing page to appear if you had not already done so.
50. Renting a Rent-A-Sign Mini Store When you purchase the Rent-A-Sign Mini Store ™ , the store sign in world will change to show that it has been purchased. If you have already closed your web window, you can just click on the sign and it will bring up your Mini Store editing menu.
51. Configuring a Rent-A-Sign Mini Store Here all you have to do is choose the listing you wish to display on your Rent-A-Sign Mini Store from the drop down menu and click “Update Sign .”

The image for your product will be shown the same way and the sign ready for your customers to easily purchase your product.
