I planned and wrote operational, instructional, and maintenance manuals; ensuring the format and layout of the publications
conformed to Department of Defense (DoD) standards and specifications. I assisted in preparing presentation materials for

 Championed and established a new Usability Lab to perform usability tests on VPN hardware and software
applications. Enhancements and suggestions were incorporated into successive releases.
 Developed and improved Intel’s VPN product documentation set. The documentation’s ease of use was cited in PC
Magazine’s Editor’s Choice award for the Intel VPN Gateway product.
