About Coaching
Welcome to life coaching! Ok, maybe that’s a little bold. But really, if you’re already here, you
must want to know more. So many people ask, “Life coaching? What exactly is it and is it for
me?” Since you’re here, you’re already intrigued and wondering about it, so here’s the skinny.
If you:
 Know you’re meant for something more but don’t know what
 Aspire to a new career but don’t know the direction to take
 Want to move up in the career you’re in but don’t know how
 Struggle with achieving a healthy and fit life
 Are experiencing a life transition and don’t know what to do next
 Need support and guidance in making difficult decisions
 Crave more time for yourself and need help prioritizing
 Have a passion that you don’t know how to fulfil
 Have any other dream you want to make a reality
Life coaching will help you achieve everything you desire to.
Life coaching isn’t magic; it’s hard work. As your life and wellness coach, I will help you succeed
in each and every are you choose, but it will be up to you to do the work. You’ve probably heard
the saying, change is hard, and that’s true, but if you really want it, it will be the best work you
ever do. I will be there every step of the way, guiding you, encouraging you, and helping you see
all the beautiful potential you’ve kept hidden.
The truth is, you don’t need a cheerleader telling you that you can do it. As your coach, that is
not my job. Yes, I will celebrate your victories with you. More importantly, I will advocate for
you, even when you find the process difficult, uncomfortable, or generally you just want to quit.
I’m here to help YOU discover what is best for you. I’ll use every tool, method, and idea I can to
help you discover and follow your own path.
How does it work?
When you work with me, life coaching is a one-on-one process. We’ll work together two to three
times a month and during that time, you’ll have my undivided attention. We can hold our sixty-
minute sessions in a way that works best for you: on the phone, through a video chat (Skype or
FaceTime), or in-person if we are close to one another. It’s all about what works for you. In
between sessions, you’ll have homework. Yes, homework (I don’t know what else to call it). This
will be homework you’ll like since it’s all about you and helping you achieve what you want. In
fact, you’ll like it so much you’ll be anxious to do it and find out what’s next.
What’s the process?
Coaching takes place in stages and it is as unique and individual as you are. There are, however,
common steps that help guide us in our efforts. Here’s what you can look for:
1. Exploring
This is so much fun! We go through a some work to determine what areas of your life you
want to work on and you’ll discover things about yourself you never knew.
About Coaching
2. Making Goals
Once we know what exactly you want to work on, we work together to develop your
goals. More importantly, together we make a plan for you to achieve them that you’re
excited about.
3. Overcoming Obstacles
Every one of us has obstacles that keep us from living our dream life. You and I will find
out what holds you back and develop ways of breaking down those barriers.
4. Examining Options
It’s so exciting to think about all the options you have in front of you, but it can be scary
as well. As you explore your options to determine what really fits you, I’ll be there to
guide and support you until you’re sure what road (or roads) you want to take.
It’s very important to know that coaching has a process but it certainly isn’t linear. Each client is
different and we take the steps in the way that works best for YOU. We can spend as much or as
little time as you need and we’ll go back and forth between the stages. Nothing is set in stone
except your change and growth.
Am I the right coach for you?
The coaching relationship works best when the coach and client develop a good rapport. And it
is a relationship. Mutual trust, honesty, and openness will guarantee a successful coaching
session. Together, we build a healthy, professional relationship to accomplish all your goals.
Here are some ways I can help you:
 I direct you through a unique self-exploration process to help you discover your ideal life.
 I provide you with nonjudgmental support and accountability as you plan and achieve
your health and fitness goals.
 I guide you through an extensive career-exploration process to determine the elements of
your dream career and help you map your way to achieving it.
 I assist you as you move through major life transitions – both expected and unexpected
– and adapt to live your best life.
 I support you by being a compassionate sounding board and confidant as we work
together to overcome your challenges.
 I help you learn to take advantage of your own strengths and talents, often uncovering
some you didn’t know you had.
 I work with you to discover your priorities so you can gain an acceptable work-life
balance.
My ideal client is someone who:
 Craves more out of life – happiness, challenge, laughter, love
 Is ready to start on a journey of personal growth
 Wants a nonjudgmental confidant to bounce ideas off of
About Coaching
 Is geared up for growth and accountability
 Finds fun in everyday things
 Has a sense of her unrealized capability and wants to delve into it
 Wants to experience gratitude and all the positive aspects of life
 Has a good sense of humor and doesn’t mind a little saucy talk
 Looks forward to having me holding her accountable
Working with me, just a few things you can expect are:
 Honesty
 confidentiality,
 personal growth
 fun and laughter
 progress
 your interests coming first
As women, we often feel that doing things for ourselves seems selfish. We define ourselves with
labels: daughter, wife, mother, or employee are just a few we might use. It’s so difficult for
many of us to characterize ourselves as an individual. But we have to – YOU have to. Taking
time to figure out your needs and how to have them met makes you a better daughter, wife,
mother, employee – or whatever identity applies to you. In short, you are important and you
DESERVE to live your best life. My question to you is
What would you do if you had absolutely no limitations?
Let’s work together to find out. Contact me today for your free introductory session.
