1898, Morehouse Foods has established ourselves as a leading provider of
mustard and horseradish all across the globe. We are a 5th generation

of the relationships we have built over the years.

Category Trends
 Organic Food/Non GMO: One of the major trends, especially over the last 5-10
years, is the organic category. This is expected to continue to increase over the
next several years as the American public, and people across the world, are more
conscious of what type of foods they consume. We are proud to say Morehouse
Foods was on the forefront of this trend over 20 years ago, and we continue to
expect growth for many more years to come.
 Sriracha: Sriracha is one of the trendiest flavors in the market today. Morehouse
Foods followed this trend a couple years ago by creating a ‘Sriracha Cerveza Chili
w/ Lime’ under our El Rey label. We also produce a Sriracha flavored mustard for a
couple of our private label customers.
 Beer Mustard: The craft beer revolution has taken America by storm over the last
10 years. A lot of these breweries are using the mustard category as a marketing
platform for their beer. We manufacture and produce beer mustard for several
breweries and organic retail stores across North America.
