Experience: Offering thirty seven (37) years of experience as a machinist in various industries.
These industries are golf, aerospace, electronics and automotive. The CNC machines
that I can set-up, operate and edit are as follows: Fadal 5axis,Haas,Hermle 5axis,Mazak
i-150 mill-turn, Mitsubishi mill, Mori Seiki and Ikegai 2 axis lathe. Programming for seven
(7) years using Mastercam X6 mill 3 axis some 4 axis and lathe. I also use all manual
machines when needed these are Prototrack mills and lathe, manual mills and lathes,
surface grinders.

My duties are as follows: Manage the day to day operations of the prototype shop.
Assign work to seven machinist per managements priorities. Program, set-up and operate
our CNC machines. I have the ability to multi-task multiple machines at the same time.
Insure our prototype parts are of the highest quality (putters, irons, drivers and composite molds).
Other duties are to purchase tooling, material, machine maintenance and off loading work to
outside machine shops for non prototype parts. Maintain excel spread sheets on all cost related
to the prototype shop and to relay that to my management so they can stay within their budget.

Typical duties were to set-up and operate all conventional machines and cnc machines
