Roles & Responsibility : Assisting Operation & Service Manager I used to manage
the service & remittance teller function to ensure the delivery
of quality service to customers. Maintenance of operational
controls according to AML and compliance for improvement
in operational efficiency. Also
• Provide high quality service delivery to priority and retail customers.
