Administrator/ Youth Worker
My roles have included youth work, outreach, liaising with the NHS sexual
health team, liaising with the councillor booking appointments, as well as
liasing with the management committee and the trustees on developing the
future direction of the project.
June 2015 - July 2015 NHS Coastal West Sussex CCG
Administrator
My role at the NHS was as an administrator primarily concerned with
maintaining an accurate input of data for the CHC (Continuing Health Care
team), this involved the analysis and input of data, whilst maintaining strict
confidentiality of patient records, according to information governance
procedures. I was also responsonsible for the archiving of patient records.
February 2015 - June 2105 - Number 18 Project
Information worker/Administrator
Continuing my previous work at number 18 in a voluntary capacity providing
a service as an information worker/administrator for an open access drop in
a youth project for 13-24 year olds. I work providing information and
confidential advice on matters including welfare, housing, sexual health. I
also liaise with the on site councillor booking appointments for clients as well
as the sexual health nurse provided by the NHS. I work closely with statutory
and other organisations on a day to day basis and liaise with the
management committee on issues affecting staff and volunteers I provide
administrative support for the organisation, including ensuring all post is
checked and entered, maintenance of a daily register and its entry into an
online database and ensuring all invoices and expenses are paid.
June 2014-February 2015 - Number 18 Project
Information worker/Administrator
Providing a service as an information worker/administrator for an open
access drop in a youth project for 13-24 year olds. I work providing
information and confidential advice on matters including welfare, housing,
sexual health. I also liaise with the on site councillor booking appointments
for clients as well as the sexual health nurse provided by the NHS. I work
closely with statutory and other organisations on a day to day basis and
liaise with the management committee on issues affecting staff and
volunteers I provide administrative support for the organisation, including

Volunteer Administrator
Working as a volunteer for a National children's charity. My duties include
processing of and updating of contracts for both new and existing members.
Entering and processing of Disclosure and Baring Service (DBS) checks for
members and updating the relevant databases. Updating the daily news feed
and the social media feeds, including Twitter and Face book and any other
tasks as assigned on a daily basis by the Trustees and Management
