customers.
● Designed and constructed computers for numerous applications including photo editing
with Adobe Photoshop CS3 and CS5, architectural/CAD, data serving, and gaming.
Able to design and build a computer that will perform any function desired.
● Numerous computer repairs and upgrades on both desktops and laptops including:
▪ Diagnosis and replacement of defective motherboards.
▪ Diagnosis and replacement of defective power supplies.

success rate. As a reseller, Litchfield County Computer has coordinated several
DriveSavers data recoveries.

2. ● Litchfield County Computer is a computer security (Information Assurance) specialist.
Computer security services include the following:
▪ Removal of numerous virii, Trojan horses, worms, adware, and spyware from
customer computers while preserving data whenever possible.
▪ Designed a security package that uses the concept of multiple layers of security
and software that is freely available on the Internet to keep customer computers
as virus free as possible. Provide information to customers on how they can help
keep their computers as clean as possible.
▪ Perform secure data destruction in accordance with the Gramm Leach Bliley Act
(GLBA), Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), Health Insurance Portability and
Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Department Of Defense (DoD). Litchfield
County Computer has performed the secure destruction of tax and legal records,
financial services records and patient mental health records.
▪ Set up and maintained numerous data back up systems for customer data.
▪ Conducted security research into several topics, including backdoor Trojans,
smart phones, and metadata, as part of continuous self improvement.
▪ Operates a security and technology blog to keep the general public informed on
