Having taken the first step into the organization in the past, it is now up to

months or longer. Youth Speak Forum Namibia is a platform that enables
young people to voice their opinions, engage with relevant stakeholders
and take action towards bettering themselves and their immediate
communities.
Being part of the Youth Speak Forum Namibia Organizing Committee gives
you the unique opportunity to contribute to the development of the
organization, youth of Namibia and most importantly yourself. It gives you
the opportunity to be part of the decision making body and execution
team.

1. Organizing Committee President
a. Requirements: Past AIESEC experience
b. Main responsibilities:
• Track the whole OC team and their overall performance activity
• Contact companies to partner with AIESEC for YSF
• Assist in YSF budget and overall activity timeline plan
c. Question: List three (3) potential in-kind sponsors, and three (3) speakers you feel
can bring value to the event, given the theme:- Social Entrepreneurship: How to see
problems as opportunities, and state why you think they are suitable.
2. Organizing Committee Vice President of Delegation Servicing
a. Main responsibilities
• Act as the first point of contact between applicants and AIESEC Namibia
• Answer all enquiries from applicants
• Delegate help-desk during the event and provide content for delegate mailer pre-
event
b. Question: Name five (5) things that delegates should take from YSF and explain
your understanding of “Customer Experience Management”.

3. Organizing Committee Vice President of Logistics
a. Main responsibilities
• Take care of the venue and catering related planning
• On-site servicing of delegates and ensure smooth flow of agenda
• Plenary and break-away setting & gather all material necessary for each session
b. Question: List three (3) venues that you feel would be suitable for the event. Take
into consideration the number of people we want to have- 300, and the limited
financial resources (AIESEC is an NGO).
4. Organizing Committee Vice President of Marketing & Public Relations
a. Main responsibilities
• Create promotional material for the event & work closely with MCVP Marketing
• Be the first point of contact between AIESEC and media
• Outsource delegates through university relations & partnerships with high
schools
b. Question: What prior experience makes you ideal for this role? And name five (5)
platforms you would use to promote the event and ensure that there is enough
reach to attract 250+ delegates to the event.
