system champions, and coordinated the completion of their systems, to ensure equipment

punches.

schedule. Assisting SHI in preparation checks for all electrical inspections and ensuring all
punch lists are completed and pre-commissioning starts according to schedule.
Commissioning Manager
Acting Temporary commissioning manager for 5 months, on a new build, Cyber-based Drill ship
project in Samsung shipyard in South Korea. Involved in setting up a tracking system for all
commissioning that will take place on the vessel. Involved in reviewing and rewriting all
commissioning procedures to ensure correct operation and start up of equipment. I was
responsible for all hull and top side commissioning procedures insuring they met with current
regulations and standards.

Team Leader in coordinating hazardous area equipment audit on the Transocean Jack Bates
and Coordinating maintenance repairs and upgrade on all drilling and marine systems. This
project involved the coordination of two different teams (Hazardous Equipment Survey &

build Jack ups for Premium Drilling. This involved checking all new electrical and mechanical
equipment met with current standards and regulations. Also involved with commissioning of
equipment after installation.

Employed as chief electrician onboard the Sovereign Explorer, offshore Trinidad. Carrying out
day to day repair and, maintenance of all drilling systems onboard.

including all marine and drilling equipment.

Senior Electrician on the Hutton TLP/Murchison. My position involved looking after all drilling
equipment on board. Responding to all breakdowns and switching processes as required by the
Platform. Routine maintenance was also carried out by me, and the logging of all relevant
paperwork was my responsibility.

Service Engineer for the N.E. of Scotland, responding to the break-down and repair of garage
forecourt equipment and petrol pumps. Involved in the commissioning of new sites, setting up
and programming of computers, making sure all pumps and relevant equipment delivered the
correct amount of fluids. Generally keeping all clients equipment in full running order.
All paperwork and ordering of parts and van stock were carried out by myself.
