Director at the City of London Environmental Services I had the pleasure of working with Mark over the
past year on several security related projects and training and found Mark to be is a highly qualified
Security Contract Manager.
Mark acted as key point of contact for all security contract related matters, maintaining effective liaison
with the client and external contractors, liaising on a regular basis to review performance and ensure
standards were kept in accordance to the Service Level Agreement.
Mark ensured company policies and procedures including Health and Safety were fully implemented
adhered to and commutated.
Mark is professional, efficient and practical in his approach to work often exceeding deadlines and has a

Reporting, Statement Writing, Manual Handling and Drugs Awareness. Mark is also a competent trainer
in Manned Guarding Techniques and Access Control Systems and the use of CCTV systems.
Mark is Counter Terrorism aware with a good understanding of the protection of people, infrastructure,
and organisations. Mark has the ability to prepare and implement the best practice strategies to reduce
the risk to counter international and domestic terrorist threats.
Mark is versed in high quality, power efficient security systems, roadway barriers, bollards and other Anti
