2. March - June 2000 director, Press Office of the International Conference of Ministers
of Foreign Affairs “Towards a Community of Democracies” in
Warsaw, created by the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the
Polish Information Agency, with a significant engagement of the
U.S. Department of State;
January - July 1999 director, Press Office of John Paul II’s visit to Poland in 1999,
constituted by the Polish Information Agency, acting on behalf of
the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of Poland and the Sala
Stampa (the Vatican Information Service). My tasks then included
managing a complex structure of 18 field press offices, engaging
about 500 employes and volunteers;

– academic stay in the Polish-American academic centre in
