Mr. Raffaini is a seasoned business manager with over 14 years of experience in the financial sector, especially aiming at
capital markets transactions and agribusiness funding
He has has worked for 11 years as a Commercial Director of Risco Zero Trade Finance Services, where he participated in
the origination and organization of the first securities-structured agribusiness transactions in Brazil. Mr. Raffaini has also
worked as an advisor on M&A deals and corporate restructuring of companies in the Brazilian agricultural sector
Mr Raffaini is skilled on developing future long-term bonds with performance guarantees and has provided origination and
structuring services ranging over R$ 400 million within the Brazilian agricultural sector with both domestic and

Mr. Ruy holds Business Management degrees from the Utah Valley State College University and from Brigham Young
University in Hawaii, as well as a Master’s degree in Public Administration by Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah.
Mr. Ruy is a seasoned executive, having represented and structured several American companies in Latin America (Brazil
and Mexico), especially in the fields of infrastructure, telecommunications and mining.
During his international experiences, Mr. Ruy has acquired extensive knowledge and network among local players, which
enabled him to far exceed the proposed goals and plans for the companies he represented, which translated in a very
important asset in deal-drilling and business/commercial research.

For 4 years, Mr. Barros has been the Legal and Tax Manager in the National Investment Banks Association (Associação
Nacional dos Bancos de Investimento - Anbid, now Anbima), where he had an important role in the drafting of new market
regulations, as well as in the conduction of debates and discussions within both the Association’s Legal and Tax Committees
and with the Brazilian market-regulating agencies and authorities
Mr. Barros has also had a key role in the preparation of Best Market Practices Codes enacted by the Association in all aspects
