



20 = 2 x 10
20 Means, to “divide” of “judge” and in the
process determine whether to accept it or reject
it.
When God numbered Israel, He counted only
those who were “twenty years old and upward.
So 20 means as well Holy; separated unto God
and accepted by Him.

3. Meaning of 7



7 means “complete”, “finished” or “all”
God rested in the 7th day, so…
7 means “rest”!







14 = 7 +7
14 = 2 x 7
14 Means “double” or “duplicate”
14 Means “deliverance” or “salvation”

month is the Passover of the LORD.


Through examples from the bible, we are
going to see that God gives special attention to
the number 7; He has build up around this
number very important mandates that were to
be followed and obeyed.

seventh day God ended His work which He
had done, and He rested on the seventh day

because in it He rested from all His work
which God had created and made.

God gives such importance to resting on the 7th
day that He put it as part of the
TEN COMMANDMENTS.
And in other ordinances as well, as we will see
in the bible.

God is a God that likes obedience better than
sacrifice.
When he orders something, he expect us to
obey His mandates.
The resting of the Sabbath is an order, actually
is the forth commandment!
The Sabbath is a day consecrated to God and
we should rest on that Day!

likeness.
Which means that we are called to do what
God does.
We are Gods workmanship, called to do good
works.
When He rest, we rest!

for those who are in his tent.‟”




During their walking through the dessert, The
Lord was testing the obedience of His people.
Every single thing that the Hebrew fail to obey
would bring some negative consequences for
them.
He was calling their attention and trying to
grave their hearts, but they constantly were
remembering their slavery in Egypt.

In the desert God institute the cycle of seven
days.
Six day people would gather the Manna but in
the seventh day they would rest.






Here we see the importance God gives to the
Sabbath day.
A solemn day of rest.
A day dedicated and consecrated to Him.
A day that no labor was to be done.
As He rested in the seventh day after creation,
he wanted His people to rest on the seventh
day.

23. The purpose of the Mannah.



The purpose of the manna was to make clear
how the Sabbath days were to be kept.
Mannah fell only in the six working days that
preceded each seventh day Sabbath.
Jehovah was testing His people to see if they
will obey His law.

the Sabbath day, to keep it
holy. 9 Six days you shall labor and do all your
work, 10 but the seventh day is the Sabbath
of the LORD your God. In it you shall do no

who is within your gates.

Apparently, Israel was not following the
commandment of resting on the Sabbath day
and the Lord had to remind them.
He was so jealous that His people may fully
dedicate that day to Him that he ordered that
no parents, children, slaves, animals or
estrangers be doing anything to profane that
day.

Every 6 days the Lord was requesting a day of
rest, a day consecrated to him.
Resting on Him is what God required on the
Sabbath.
Stopping any physical activity on that day.
But He wants as well that our spirit and our
soul rest on him; no worrying, no planning, no
Fearing, no despairing, no focusing away from
Him.

Amazing, God wants that even the field may
have a complete rest in the seventh year.
No tilling the ground.
No sowing.
No pruning.
No fertilizing the soil.
No reaping.

sound throughout all your land.




Next year 2015 is a Sabbatical or Shemittah
year.
Many ministries are saying that America is
under judgment of God and that America is
being punished by God every Sabbatical year
as America is not obeying God.
I don‟t agree with that point of view, however
I‟m going to share what some of them are
saying:

43. 2015 Shemittah Year




Next year is the Sabbatical Year, which occurs
every 7th Years.
2001 was a Shemittah year. USA was attacked
on September 11.
2008 was a Shemittah year. USA experience
on September 29 the Wall street crashes, stock
market collapsed 777 points
2015, people are wondering what will happen
now.

„So you shall observe My statutes and
keep My judgments, and perform them;
and you will dwell in the land in
safety. 19 Then the land will yield its
fruit, and you will eat your fill, and dwell
there in safety.

Observe God‟s statutes
Keep His judgments,
And perform them;
As a consequence of doing the above God says
that we will leave in the land in SAFETY.
The land will yield its fruit.
We will eat and not lack.
And dwell in the land in SAFETY.

Did you notice that when we do the three
requirements from God, we will dwell in
safety?
Did you notice that God repeats twice that we
will dwell in safety?
When we obey God we are destined to live in
double safety. Extreme security for ourselves
and for our family members.

48. Provisions for the Seventh Year


Leviticus 25:20-21 (NKJV)
20 „And if you say, “What shall we eat in
the seventh year, since we shall not sow
nor gather in our produce?”21 Then I will
command My blessing on you in the
sixth year, and it will bring forth
produce enough for three years.

49. Next year 2015 is a Sabbatical year, it means
that the present year, 2014 is the sixth year.


According to the Hebrew calendar this is the
5774 year, and 5775 will be a Sabbatical year.
If you have been paying attention to what the
bible says, you know that this is the year that
God will command His blessing on the
obedient ones. And we will receive and
increment for three years, in other words we
can receive a triple blessing!!!

and eat old produce until the ninth year;
until its produce comes in, you shall

This is the year in which if we are obedient to
the Word of God and if we trust in His infinity
mercy and grace; we will receive a triple
increase in our substance.
Material possessions; goods; wealth;
Health, honor, influence
We will became “a person of substance”
