of institution in our society. The
schools that educate us are
organisation , the shop where we buy
our food are organisation, the
companies that make our cars are
organisation , and people that print
our newspaper are organisation.

well as our personal lives.

In a new enterprise , the staffing function
follow the planning and organisign function .
In the case of running an enterprise, staffing is
a continuous process. So, the manager should
perform this function at all times. The staffing
function includes recruitment, selection,
training, development , transfer, promotion
and compensation of personnel. It is obvious
that the management must ensure a content
availability of sufficient number of efficient
excusive in an enterprise for the efficient
functioning of the enterprise. The selected
personnel should be physically, mentally and
