During the period of three months, a suite of workflows was developed. It enabled automation of the process of content intake from K4
publishing system to the Web CMS, avoiding duplication of efforts. The 100% offshore delivery model helped in reducing cycle time
involved in content exporting process. Additionally, automating the system and data validation mechanism improved error detection, error
handling and output validation.
