 Building & centralizing the HR Department. 
 Establishing the HR procedures. 
 Formulated  HR  policies  and  procedures  and  delegated  authority  for 
operations. 
 Manage  different  site  operations  and  audit  their  work  progress  in 
respect of timesheets, vacations, and payroll. 
 Planning  the  human  resources  requirements  for  the  long  term/short 
term according to the organizations goal & strategy. 
 Produce  Organizational  strategy  and  plans  to  meet  training  & 
development  needs,  &  manage  training  deliveries  &  follow  up  as 
necessary. 
 Maintain records & compile statistical reports concerning personnel ‐
related data such as: hires, leavers, Promotions, increments etc.. 
 Ensured that all the HR aspects are managed as per the International 
and General HR Policy and Procedures developed by the company. 
 Achieved stated targets of the company with in the time constraint for 
consistent success of the organization. 
 Coordinate with the management for the yearly budget. 
 Evaluate  progress  of  new  &  current  employees  &  formulate 
performance appraisals, as well as develop strategies for improvement 
in coordination with the management. 
 Establish & maintain good relationships with employees by hearing & 
investigating  grievances,  complaints  &  other  concerns  to  resolve 
employee & management dissatisfaction. 
 Identify staff vacancies & recruit, interview & select applicants. 
 Contribute  to  the  equilibrium  between  internal  promotions  &  new 
recruitment. 
 Develop  Salary  Structure  Scale  to  ensure  equilibrium  for  all 
employees.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE  
 
Saudi Bin Laden Group – Empower Contracting 3000 Employees (Saudi Arabia)    (January, 2013– present) 
Senior HR Officer (Reporting to CEO, Operations, and HR Manager) 
 
     Creating the HR filing system, HR forms (ex; leave forms, salary advance forms etc…) 
 
     Responsible for all employees related issues such as payroll processing, annual leaves, staff accommodations        
visas, Contracts, etc… 
 
     Administer & track the hiring process (ex; interviews, rejections, background checks, screening CV’s etc.)    
with coordination of the management. 
 
     Update  the  administrative/employee database  and  keep  track  on  all  record of  expiry dates and expenses          
pertaining to passports, health cards, labor cards, labor contracts, residence, visas, etc… 
 
      Maintain personnel records & prepare & administer all employee contracts. 
 
      Interact with management to determine base salaries, bonus, benefits etc... 
 
      Following up on the time sheet and taking necessary actions. 
 
      Approving staff salaries, and revising them accordingly. 
 
      Assigning tasks for the staff and distributing duties. 
 
      Solving staff problems and giving the correct experience advice. 
 
      Supervising employee investigation, absentees, warning letters, deductions, etc… 
 
      Employee’s settlements and End of Service. (Saudi Labor Law). 
 
      Preparing MRF revising PO checking debit notes, delivery notes and Letter of Credits, updating comparison    
sheet and advice the accounting department accordingly for preparing checks or to be paid. 
 
     Human  Resources  department  CUSTODY  which  I  am  in  charge  for  controlling  and  preparing  monthly     
budget for paying all  company human resources fees such as Iqama renewal, Labor office, recruiting fees, 
employeeʹs loan and salary in advanced.     
 
Middle East Airlines (Beirut, Lebanon) 2000 Employees                           (September, 2008 – January, 2013) 
HR Officer (Reporting to Operation Manager, HR Manager, and Financial Manager) 
 
        Responsible for payroll, leaves, auditing, counter supervision. 
 Perform the tasks of reconciling payroll account balances like benefits, time sheets, and wage attachments 
to maintain accurate account balances 
 Responsible for preparing documents like retirement plan transfers, verification of employment and salary 
for reference 
 Assist payroll specialist in conducting research on discrepancies of payroll information and 
documentation before processing 
 Handle the tasks of monitoring payroll activities and program components to ensure compliance with 
established legal and administrative requirements 
 Responsible for gathering statistical and payroll data from a variety of sources for the purpose of 
providing summaries to other personnel

 Assist payroll accountant in completing payroll operations to ensure timely and accurate payroll 
generation. 
        Dealing with Cedar Lounge employees’ behavior to achieve satisfying service to travelers. 
 
        Review, audit, control, and supervise all issues related to Private Jet Section and PAX Admin. 
 
        Assign and supervise casual labors for assigned tasks that are limited to deadlines. 
 
        Coordinate with accounting department to submit their invoices on due date to avoid penalty (IATA).
