Senior HR Officer (Reporting to CEO, Operations, and HR Manager)
Creating the HR filing system, HR forms (ex; leave forms, salary advance forms etc…)
Responsible for all employees related issues such as payroll processing, annual leaves, staff accommodations
visas, Contracts, etc…
Administer & track the hiring process (ex; interviews, rejections, background checks, screening CV’s etc.)
with coordination of the management.
Update the administrative/employee database and keep track on all record of expiry dates and expenses
