6. FIFA is not the only organization with corruption found in their system, Commonwealth Games and the Olympics have also found forms of bribery and deception within the organization. The first thing our company must do is elect a proper president too much corruption has occurred under President Blatter. Reinforce harsh punishments like fines, suspenion and even bannishment from the sport. Create a group whose only job description is to monitor deal makings between officials. And finally we should re-write the code of ethics which say deal making is encouraged but does not list the fine line where deals become bribes.
