- 1. Save the Date On May 2 - 4, 2012, the Multi-State Employers Council ("MSEC") will host its ninth annual, invitation-only conference. Join other employers to network, address recent critical developments in employment law, and explore best practices for addressing significant human resources concerns. The MSEC brings together multi-state employers of all sizes for the purpose of sharing ideas, resources, and best practices in human resources and employment issues.
