The Marcus Graham Project is a 501 ( c ) 3 non-profit organization and national network of diverse
professionals that have purposed themselves in developing the next generation of thought leadership within
the advertising, media and marketing industry.
Our mission is to identify, expose, mentor and train ethnically diverse men and women in all
aspects of the media industry, including advertising, entertainment and marketing.
The vision of the Marcus Graham Project (MGP) is to provide long-term access to information,
technology, financial and people resources that will strategically develop a viable pool of talent
and leadership within the industry.

The founders of the Marcus Graham
Project, Lincoln Stephens & Larry Yarrell II
were featured in the Uptown Magazine &
Lincoln Motor Company series “The
Journey.”
The two social entrepreneurs’ work has
been featured on CNN, NBC, Ad Age,
Black Enterprise, New York Times, Ebony
Magazine, including Ad Age’s Top 40 under
40 and Ebony’s Top Entrepreneur's under

The native Dallasites are social influencers
in the market and advocated for culture,
luxury and social responsibility.

Lavender Hill is our 3rd annual fundraising gala that celebrates an idea inspired
by a film that has now emerged into a non-profit social enterprise seeking to
change the face of the media, marketing and advertising industry. The formal
event will be filled with music, dancing, raffle, and laughter as we look back as
well as move forward in changing the face of our industry.
All proceeds benefit the Marcus Graham Project’s Capacity Building Campaign.
We are currently in the process of launching career-training schools in Dallas, LA,
Chicago and London and look to build infrastructure and capacity to make deeper
impact with the youth that we are serving.
