17. Spanish Example: CECA
CECA (Spanish Confederation of Savings Banks) is an industry
association with 45 members.
It produces an aggregated sustainability report that includes the
members activities.
The report has been using the GRI G3 Guidelines since 2005;
g
and more recently the Financial Services Sector Supplement.
All the members are asked to voluntary complete a questionnaire
based on the GRI disclosures.
Information from the questionnaire is gathered and fed into the
aggregate report.
Members that have completed the questionnaire are therefore
better prepared to prepare their own GRI report: 16 members
have produced a GRI report in 2009.
