Editor's Notes

  1. Use this printout to Identify which courses you have already completed so that you know which courses to select for Spring 2014. You can also identify which courses--in which credit areas—youwill need to take in the future.
  2. Use the High School Plans Comparison chart to identify your pathway and track the number of credits earned, taking, and needed for each subject area.
  3. Chose the degree plan that best prepares you for your career goals. To chose a specific program (i.e. AA Business Transfer),go to ppcc.edu, then Programs, then Program Directory.
  4. Use this slide to determine your eligibility for staying on campus (Bridge) or taking classes off campus (Select).
  5. If a college course is offered at CSEC (Bridge), you must take it at CSEC. AAA 109 must be taken at CSEC. All science courses and most upper-level courses must be taken off campus (Select).
  6. Follow the Course Progression sequences to determine your next course (i.e. if you are in an A section of a course, you’ll need to select the appropriate B section). For college prep science courses, Physical Science must be taken first with the other courses taken in any order.
  7. Please take a moment to fill out the top portion of the Spring Course Selection Form. Use your Accuplacer scores, the Course Progression sequences, and your college degree plan as guides for selecting spring classes.
  8. If you haven’t already, make sure that you have applied to PPCC, received a PPCC S# (S0-------), and completed the electronic version of the Colorado Opportunity Fund (COF) at https://cof.college-assist.org/. This information, along with a completed CEA, Spring Course Selection Form, and parent/guardian is essential for completing spring registration. See the checklist on the following slide for additional necessary paperwork.
  9. All steps must be completed and checked in order to process through registration. Accuplacer scores and Graduation Progress Screens not obtained during a class presentation or workshop will be available at registration.
  10. You must attend registration on your assigned day, based on your grade and last name. If you are not able to make it on your assigned day, please contact Ms. Jackie Lacasse, Advising Assistant.
