The most successful trial was the Flexible Furniture trial.
75% of users felt the new furniture improved the space and
100% of users wanted to keep the furniture for the future.
The next most successful was Brain Food & Hydration, 70%
of users sampled food and 40% drank from the water jugs.
60% of users felt it improved the space and 100% would
like to keep the items for the future.
The least successful was Fresh Air & Stimulation where 82%
of users were unaffected by the air freshener and only 55%
felt it improved the space. Comments were received sug-
gesting the herb pot plants got in the way. There was also a
bug problem with the plants and maintenance concerns so
the plants had to be removed after 3 days. Regardless of the
negative comments, most users wanted to keep the plants
and saw the beneÀt of the introduction of greenery.
Generally, there was strong feedback that the trials were
successful. The majority of users valued the changes and
saw the beneÀt of improvements to the space. Most users
wanted to retain all the trialed items.
Flexible furniture met the immediate demands of the meet-
ing room space to be more Áexible and was therefore highly
utilised and most successful, particularly for the non-typical
meeting room uses such as pilates and yoga classes.
Interestingly people sought privacy for their meetings &
found the visual artwork pleasing and satisÀed their priva-
cy need. The feedback was positive but suggestions were
made for a future wall lining to be of a more transparent
material.
