1. Terminology
1.Queue - type of mutual Fund with open statistics.
2.The application is the intent and the way the participant to participate in the queue.
3.Accumulation is increasing after each activation balance of the application.
4.Activation of the application is the transfering by participant crypto coins on the balance of the
queue.
5.The balance of the queue is not allocated yet to the payment coins of the participants in
queue .

2. Active applications
The time from the beginning of the participation to the payment depends on the
dynamics of the queue. The participant after creating the application receives crypto
address for its activation. Transfering of coins on a dedicated address activates the
application in the queue. The application shall be considered active and moves to the
front of the queue 7 days. After receiving payment, the application remains active and is
moved to the end of the queue.
Not active application
Not activated in time the application is transferred to the end of the queue and do not
appear in it before making a new activation. In applications, the last activation which was
made more than 28 days ago, every 28 days by 50% decreases the amount of savings
and the sum of the last activation. New entries that are not activated within 21 days from
the date of their creation, can be removed completely.

3. The principle of operation of standard queues
All active request queue are arranged in a single line. Making weekly activation
participant generates savings in his application. The amount of the first activation
of the application is divided into two equal parts: one part becomes the
accumulation, the other part becomes the sum of the activation. Subsequent
activation increases the accumulation of the amount of the previous activation.
Payment always gets the owner of the first application in the queue has
accumulated. Payment is generated in the presence of the necessary amount on
the balance accaunt of the queue. The payment amount depends on the number of
active requests in the queue, the amount of the last activation of the application
and the speed of activation of the application. The maximum payment amount may
be: savings from+5% to 50%.
