aybe it was staying in the
school until the janitor's
kicked us out during hell
week. Or maybe it was rolling out of
bed for the Saturday rehearsals.
Maybe it was sharing the dressing
room and claiming your spot for the
year. Maybe it was rehearsing It's
Today with Coach at least a
million times, or maybe it was
Ms. G's uncontrollable bursts
into song.Who knows? Maybe
it was even going over the
harmonies in Mame...
again...Whatever the
reason, the friendship and
love that a cast shares is
something the Drama
Club knows all too
well.With a season
longer than any sport
it is no wonder the
cast becomes so
close. Working
together since
November, the
cast thanks St.
Bridget for the
thrill of
performance
and for the love
of applause that
draws them
together year
after year.
Mame is a timeless show; everyone loves a coming-of-age story, and Mame epitomizes
that. Additionally, Mame's growth as a character was paralleled by the growth
exhibited by the cast throughout the rehearsal process. I could not be prouder.
