Exemplos do Behaviorismo no filme “O diabo veste Prada”

Reforço positivo: Nigel (assistente de Miranda) ajuda Andy com o novo
emprego, ensinando-a a se vestir com estilo e elegância. O que mais tarde
seria essencial para que Miranda a olhasse de forma diferente e lhe admirasse,
abrindo assim novas portas para a menina que outrora era desprovida de tais
qualidades. Nigel a convence de que para continuar naquele “emprego dos
sonhos” ela teria que fazer parte do mesmo.

Reforço negativo: Após um conflito, onde Miranda deixou bem claro para
Andrea a importância que a moda tinha para a sociedade humilhando-a com
um discurso na frente de todos, Andy sofre uma grande transformação. Muda a
forma de se vestir, corte de cabelo, atitude. E passa a ser “uma das garotas da
Ruway”.

Punição: Miranda perde o cargo de editora chefe e Jacqueline Follet assume o
seu lugar.
