California. Currently there are 884 employees. I primarily assist the employees in the Phoenix
business units which is one half of the entire Western Region population. In this role I gather
and analyze highly confidential data, process transactions in our internal system called
MyChubb, post open positions in Virtual Edge and maintain and analyze data from the Position
Maintenance System. I am responsible for maintaining accurate files and online data for all
employees, and assisting the Vice Presidents of both units with questions regarding leaves, PTO,
and all other issues relative to their staff.

Section 16 Insiders to the Securities and Exchange Commission. I calculated, balanced, and
verified the stock plan transactions, common stock outstanding, and each Insider’s stock
balances. I calculated and reported accumulations of Phantom Stock from deferrals of income
by the Directors and kept records on Restricted Stock grants to employees and officers. I was
responsible for taking and transcribing minutes of meetings in shorthand, and maintaining the
Company’s minute books. I coordinated setting up the Board of Directors’ meetings and handled
all logistics associated with those meetings. Additionally, I worked with counsel to prepare the
Company’s Proxy Statement and make preparations for the annual Meeting of Shareholders.
