Western Region consists of employees in Phoenix, Seattle, Washington, and many locations in
California. Currently there are 884 employees. I primarily assist the employees in the Phoenix
business units which is one half of the entire Western Region population. In this role I gather
and analyze highly confidential data, process transactions in our internal system called
MyChubb, post open positions in Virtual Edge and maintain and analyze data from the Position
Maintenance System. I am responsible for maintaining accurate files and online data for all
employees, and assisting the Vice Presidents of both units with questions regarding leaves, PTO,
and all other issues relative to their staff.
Administrative Assistant II, Chubb Group of Ins. Cos. June 2002 to 2014
Tulsa, Oklahoma
This position reported to the Vice President/Branch Manager and the HR Manager for Tulsa
Branch as well as being an on-site assistant for the Operations Services Department
Manager. My functions were largely in the realm of marketing – assisting with gathering and

Section 16 Insiders to the Securities and Exchange Commission. I calculated, balanced, and
verified the stock plan transactions, common stock outstanding, and each Insider’s stock
balances. I calculated and reported accumulations of Phantom Stock from deferrals of income
by the Directors and kept records on Restricted Stock grants to employees and officers. I was
