GTS is out of Harrisburg, PA and specializes in geo-technical, environmental and engineering services. These are the primary issues they will be addressing. Infrastructure includes: gas line, interstate T1 fiber optic, local Fios, phone, cable, electric, water, sewer, storm drainage Potential Impact Radius Shut-off valves in relation to a PIR incident Overall assessment of the environmental vs. human factors.
