Leadership Conference
Purpose:The leadershipconference isprovidedforbothundergraduateandgraduate students who are
seekingprofessional developmenttraining,financial planning, career readiness and the opportunity to
network with top leading companies. The Leadership Conference will provide students with opportunities
to network with student leaders from 13 universities, access to professional development workshops, and
opportunities to interact with corporate representatives. Our goal is to inspire and motivate students to
continue growing as leaders and use the skills they learned within their schools and their community.

Purpose:The Corporate Mixerisone of ULSA’smost intimate professional eventsasstudentswill get an
opportunity to hear the career path, experience, and receive advice from our professionals.
Professionals from different industries are part of a panel where they are asked a series of questions
regarding their career and experience within the company and how they got their position. We want
students to get an idea of the different skills and knowledge that made the professionals successful.
Interview Summit
Purpose: The interview summit is designed to help students with their interview skills. The event
consistsof mock interviewsdone byprofessionalswhere theywillbe able togive constructive feedback
in a less stressful environment. Students will experience hands on interview with questions that are
regularlyaskedto better prepare them for future interviews. We want students to walk out confident
while being fully aware and prepared on the different types of interviews they may face.
