2010 with release of iPad developed app system, enabling the flash content to sit in apps on tablets
2013 overlays developed, giving clients the tools to add further enhancements to the page
2014 rolling out HTML solution, which will give publishers, on a budget access to mobile browser technology; taking their web-based editions onto the web
From 2012 to 2013, our partner revenue increased 11% from the previous year. We are looking to grow this further and have developed our platform further to give partner tools they need.

We host on the Limelight Networks with global CDN so the Printer does not have to impact their server space
First of all we updated YUDU Publisher. The new platform allows for faster publishing and is more intuitive than previous versions. All our clients are now using this, and the transition was really smooth.
The new role out includes the ability to move pages around within a publication, and a set of video help files which give detailed step-by-step instructions to clients about how to use the site.
It is being constantly updated and offers a huge resource of illustrations alongside text explaining workflow processes for those who prefer this method of learning about the features inherent to our publishing software.
We constantly invest in our technology, and develop tools that are automated and easily integrated into workflows.
Emphasis how it doesn’t increase production costs to implement, seamless transition from Prepress to Digital.

The previous slide transitions into this, 1-2-3 step process of delivering a digital publication.
Hot Folders can be part of ‘Upload’ process, system works up to proofing stage.
System auto-hyperlinks then provides page-by-page view for further enhancements.
Publish one enhanced edition to multiple destinations
App Factory was developed to enable publishers to build their own easi-apps with as much ease and as little fuss as possible.
AppFactory allows you to control the build process of an app, from the creation of customised branding to the delivery of the app file to Appke.
The main benefit to our partners is that it reduces time spent per app, and means that partners could theoretically create hundreds of apps a day.
Time used to be spent manually submitting assets and corresponding with our production team on matters such as design and placement. This is now all automatically handled.
Don’t think that we aren’t here to help though! If a partner needs one of our team to step in and adjust something manually – we are on hand to lend this assistance.
Mention hot folders and the ease at which files can be uploaded quickly.
We’ve recently deployed Zendesk which gives added customer support.
Communication is quick and mobile: we can now pick up your communication from the web, email, phone, twitter or Facebook
Feedback options are fast: After a ticket has been actioned, all clients receive a questionnaire withing 24 hours. This means that we are responding really quickly to feedback
The help site sits on Zendesk, with access to articles and videos and a new forum, right there on the support site
Emphasis the multiple avenues of support we provide such as webinars/private tutorials, live chat, help menu with videos, call-in.
You can offer your clients more than an app and a web-based edition.
With the premier app solution, added extras such as note-taking and highlighting for education are available.
Slideshows can enhance magazines, and maps are useful on a number of publication types
Popular at the moment is scrollable text, which allows large portions of text to be read, without needing to move from screen

After review, if Printer is not interested then mention referral program –
If the Printer sends a client direct to us, we provide a 10% refer fee off the order placed by the client.
This way, we can maintain the relationship of the Printer with their client by meeting the needs of digital requirements.
