Monitor bank vault to ensure cash balances are correct. Verify and post
armored car deposits. Prepare work schedule for staff.
Perform inventory maintenance, verification, balancing and proof via

Received and verified currency and coin deposits from armored carriers,
inspects bags and seals, notifies management of exceptions. Transfers
valuables to receive transfers from processing units in accordance with
established controls and procedures and maintained custody of valuables
from receipt until transfer. Received large shipments of currency from
Bureau of Engraving and Printing or coin shipments from the U.S. Mint. In
charge of preparing shipments of currency to be sent to Depository
Financial Institutions and deliver to armored carriers in accordance with
established controls.
Managed all activities of assigned team which included payments, receipts
and/or processing of high value cash shipments to domestic and
international depository institutions. Trained, developed and oversaw the
daily performance (effectiveness and efficiency) of assigned team
members. Maintained strong controls in a heavily regulated environment.
