_____________________’s statement is that when she started to turn she saw a black SUV,

driven by Defendant (“Mr. ___________”) coming at her with the green traffic light. Mr.

13 ________________ could not stop his vehicle before colliding with Ms. ’s Jeep. Because of the
14 collision and momentum, both vehicles careened into Plaintiff’s _____________________.

20 The California Highway Patrol Officer who responded to the scene, officer

collision; and his bike rack was knocked from his vehicle and bent during the collision. Plaintiff has

11 had to pay the sum of $______________ just for the damages to his truck and his personal items that

manner as to avoid causing injury to other persons and vehicles. Defendants failed to do so. But for

the negligence of both Defendants, Plaintiff would not have suffered injuries.
