Media brands transitioned to digital at differing rates, each brand with a different need. As a result, technology was siloed, costs were duplicated and a unified methodology was non-existent.Simultaneously, consumers became accustomed to anytime anywhere digital access. In response, media technology had to be agile and responsive. These are some of the issues that Kimberly Hicks faced as the VP of Product Management at Viacom.
