Flores de Mayo-history and origin we need to understand

2. Rise and Shine
Every Christmas morning me and my brothers
wake each other up at 7:00a.m to see what
Santa brought us. Even up until we didn’t
believe we still woke at 7. Now that we have a
younger sister we try and wake her up at 7:00,
but she’s a cranky girl so we have to wait until
she wakes up to look at our presents.
3. Auntie’s Adventures
After opening presents from my Mom; me, my
brothers, my sister, my mom, and step-dad go up
to my aunts house. Up my aunts we all have
stockings jam packed with adventures and a
couple of presents each. My stocking has Santa on
it because when I was little I used to be terrified
to take a picture with Santa and my family
decided to torture me with the Santa stocking.
4. Bacon, Bacon, and Some
Toast
Every Christmas my family goes next door to
my Great Grandmother’s house to eat
Christmas breakfast. My mom makes the toast,
Grandma’s on egg duty, Grandma Grandma’s
in charge of bacon, and Auntie handles the
sausages. Of all the food that is made at
breakfast I just chow down on a bunch of
bacon and a few pieces of Italian bread toast.
5. Second Christmas
Ever since my parents got divorced me and my
brothers have had what I call two Christmas’.
My father picks up me and my brothers and we
got to my Nana’s house to open presents from
him and my Nana and vice versa. We also
spend some extra time together because me
and my brothers don’t see my Dad as much as
we used to.
6. Nana’s Noodle Addle
Year after year I ask my Nana what she is
getting me for Christmas and the answer never
changes. Her response to me will always be a
noodle addle, yet I have never received one.
She does always make me an awesome fuzzy
scarf. Maybe this year I will finally receive the
mysterious noodle addle, but I doubt it.
7. Nummy Nums at Nana’s
Christmas ham is cooked every year by my
Nana. Me and my Dads side of the family eat
at her house every year and the food just gets
better each time. The best part of dinner I have
to say is the extra whipped mashed potatoes.
Also my Nana makes amazing different
desserts each year that my Dad usually
devours.
8. Christmas Closing
Christmas ends as me and my brothers go back
to my home to spend the rest of the evening
with my Mother. We usually watch a bunch of
Christmas movies like: Elf, The Year Without
a Santa Clause, and The Grinch Who Stole
Christmas. Along with the movies we drink
some nice not chocolate.
